E-Invoicing Is Mandatory
Egypt's Electronic Tax Authority (ETA) requires businesses to issue and submit tax invoices electronically. Doing this manually — invoice by invoice, in the ETA portal — is slow, error-prone, and painful. NileByte ERP integrates with the ETA automatically.
How It Works

1. Invoice Issued
You issue the invoice as usual in NileByte ERP — from AR, billing, or point of sale.
2. ETA Formatting
The system formats the invoice to the exact ETA JSON schema, with the required tax codes (EGS) and cryptographic signing.
3. Automatic Submission
The invoice is submitted to the ETA API with the correct credentials and connection details.
4. Status Tracking
Every document is tracked: Pending, Submitted, Accepted, or Rejected — with rejection reasons for instant correction.
5. QR Codes
Every issued invoice includes the compliant QR code required by law.
Credit Notes and B2C
- Credit notes submitted through the same automated flow
- B2C point-of-sale receipts supported
- Staging environment to test before going live

Compliance Without Friction
Your tax team no longer spends days uploading invoices to the ETA portal. NileByte ERP does it in the background — accurately, completely, and on time. When the tax authority asks, you are always ready.
